This recent SCF project was a complete knockdown & rebuild of a petrol station building to rebuild a new Budgens store with a house on the side for the independent dealer to live in. With the store on the ground floor, the 1st floor has been built to house the office space, incorporating shower and restrooms for the coach business. The Budgens store forecourt has been resurfaced, the existing car wash removed, and new car parking created.
