This listed building was completely refurbished. It included removing the existing roof cornices, as well as repairs to the roof structure.
Some structural alterations were carried out internally, new heating, plumbing and electrical systems were incorporated and all rooms upgraded with new joinery.
All works were sympathetically carried out using traditional building techniques in view of the age of the property.
