This property is located within Exmoor National Park. The project involved rebuilding the existing derelict buildings using local stone and traditional building techniques. A new building was incorporated between existing buildings using environmentally friendly materials and locally sourced stone.
All buildings were re-roofed with Cornish slate with diminishing courses in keeping with Exmoor Park traditional build features.
Internal features included a large stone built fireplace, changing rooms and central lounge area and exposed oak trusses with wood sourced from sustainable forests.
