The project consisted of extending the existing restaurant facilities, formation of new showers and toilet facilities.
The team constructed a new entrance atrium together with the formation of a new retail outlet.
In the service station area, the team then completed a partial knock down of fuel pumps, extended the fuel services area and installed new fuel pumps. The canopy was enlarged to accommodate the extra fuel pumps. New underground fuel storage tanks were also installed. The original car wash was knocked down and a new one constructed.
Access roads were constructed to the HGV services area and a new overflow car park.
