This contract was a knockdown and rebuild. Our team decommissioned existing below-ground fuel tanks and demolished existing buildings and a car wash.
The team then constructed a new Co-operative mini supermarket designed and built in steel and composite panel. A new car wash was also constructed.
The team then installed new 60,000-litre fuel tanks and associated pipework. A new forecourt was designed in a four square fuel pump arrangement; it was block paved.
New car parking facilities were provided for staff, disabled and customer car parking.
